Raw Tomato Soup


  1. 2 large Tomatoes, cubed
  2. 1-2 Scallions
  3. 3-4 stalks of Celery
  4. 4-5 Sundried tomatoes, soaked
  5. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  7. 3-5 Fresh mint leaves, chiffonade
  8. 1-2 Dates
  9. Water as desired


You could add or omit any ingredient according to your taste preference. Onion or garlic instead of Scallions, ginger would be a good addition, skip the chili if doesn’t float your boat, add in fresh coriander or parsley if you like them, your choices are after all based on your taste!
