Raw Tomato Soup

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large Tomatoes, cubed
- 1-2 Scallions
- 3-4 stalks of Celery
- 4-5 Sundried tomatoes, soaked
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- 3-5 Fresh mint leaves, chiffonade
- 1-2 Dates
- Water as desired

You could add or omit any ingredient according to your taste preference. Onion or garlic instead of Scallions, ginger would be a good addition, skip the chili if doesn’t float your boat, add in fresh coriander or parsley if you like them, your choices are after all based on your taste!
