What I eat in a Day, Ramadan 2019, Part 3

Part three of three of the 30 days of what I eat in Ramadan. This time around, will be sharing them in three parts, 10 days each.

For the record, Suhoor = Pre-dawn meal, 3 AM. Iftaar = opening the fast, evening meal, 6:15 PM.

Day 21
Suhoor: Banana strawberry smoothie
Iftaar: Dates, fruit salad
Dinner: Cucumber slices with tahini green chutney dip, marinated Mushroom salad

Day 22
Suhoor: Oranges, Papaya and mango
Iftaar: Dates, fruit salad, apricot and chickoo
Dinner: Guacamole

Day 23
Suhoor: Orange juice
Iftaar: Dates, watermelon, fruit salad
Dinner: Cherry tomatoes, blueberries, salad with tahini and green chutney dressing

Day 24
Suhoor: Blueberries, dates, chickoo
Ifaar: Dates, fruit salad
Dinner: Tomato soup

Day 25
Suhoor: Banana strawberry date smoothie
Iftaar: Dates, watermelon, fruit salad
Dinner: Coleslaw salad

Day 26
Suhoor: Banana blueberry smoothie
Iftaar: Dates, fruit salad
Dinner: Guacamole

Day 27
Suhoor: Banana blueberry smoothie
Iftaar: Dates, watermelon, fruit salad
Dinner: Zoodles in tahini sauce

Day 28
Suhoor: Banana blueberry smoothie
Iftaar: Dates, fruit salad, papaya
Dinner: Papaya, soaked pistachios, cherry tomatoes

Day 29
Suhoor: Banana mango papaya smoothie
Iftaar: Dates, fruit salad, papaya, chickoo
Dinner: Salad with tahini, green chutney, avocado dressing
