Very Berry Smoothie

This quick & easy creamy berry smoothie recipe is made with just a few simple ingredients and is a delicious, nourishing and satisfying way to begin your day!

Feel free to substitute in your favorite berries, or use more of the one you prefer.

Ingredients:

  • 3 large ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup mixed frozen Berries
  • 1 Medjool Date
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Blend, pour and enjoy!
