Green Goodness Smoothie
This green smoothie is a loaded with ingredients that are good for you, hence the name of the smoothie! It is filling, satisfying and is a perfect way to begin your day!
A green smoothie is the perfect way to get in those leafy greens you would not usually enjoy consuming raw.
Just blend the ingredients together and enjoy!
- 3 large ripe Bananas
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach, kale or mixed greens
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 Medjool Date
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- Pinch of Salt
