Who doesn’t enjoy a good Brownie and Icecream combination?
Ingredients for the Brownie:
- 1 cup Walnuts, soaked
- 10 Dates, pitted
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cacao Powder
Processed until it formed a dough, pressed it into a square-ish shape, and you have your brownie!
Ingredients for the Nicecream:
- 1/2 cup Cashews, soaked
- 3 large frozen Bananas
- Pinch of salt
That dense, decadent brownie, in contrast with that rich and creamy nice cream, combines well together.
