This Tangy Tomato Dressing is zesty and full of flavor, and goes perfectly with your favourite salad.
Ingredients:
- 1 large, ripe Tomato
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4th cup cashews, soaked
- 1/8th tsp red chilli powder
- 1/8th tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt to taste
Feel free to double or triple the recipe if you plan to eat at least a salad a day, as this stores well in the refrigerator for two days.
