Continuing with our Mango Mania, let’s make the best of mango season with this savoury mango and tomato salad dressing!
You will need:
- 1 large ripe Tomato
- 1 Mango
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4th cup Orange juice
- Salt to taste
Simply blend all the ingredients together, pour it on your Salad and dig in! 💛
