INGREDIENTS:
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Dry herbs and spices of choice (I used basil, oregano, thyme, black pepper and chilli flakes on top).

DIRECTIONS
- Wash, peel and turn the zucchini to zoodles.
- Blend the Tomato and tahini with the herbs and spices
- Pour, mix, top with chilli flakes and enjoy!!
