🌱 Ingredients:

1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight)
1 medium beetroot (peeled and chopped)
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp cumin seed powder
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper powder


For the Garnish:
2 tbsp soaked chickpeas
1 tsp olive oil (optional)
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
A pinch of sumac powder



🌱 Instructions:

1. Drain and rinse the soaked chickpeas.


2. Add the chickpeas, beetroot, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin seed powder, salt, and black pepper powder to a high-speed blender or food processor.


3. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a small amount of water if required to achieve your desired consistency.


4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.


5. Garnish with soaked chickpeas, a drizzle of olive oil (if using), fresh coriander leaves, and a sprinkle of sumac powder.


6. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
