✨ Raw Marinated Okra Masala
🌱 Ingredients:
– 1 cup okra, thinly sliced
– 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
– 1 medium tomato, chopped
– 1/4 cup soaked white cashews
– 1 date, pitted
– 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
– 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
– 1/8 tsp clove powder
– 1/2 tsp ginger powder
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp cumin powder
– 1/2 tsp coriander powder
– 1/2 tsp fennel seed powder
– 1/4 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
🌱 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sauce: In a blender, combine the chopped tomato, soaked cashews, date, salt, lemon juice, and all the spice powders. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
2. Marinate the Okra: In a mixing bowl, add the sliced okra and red onion. Pour the blended sauce over the vegetables and mix well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour, allowing the flavors to meld.

– 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
– 1 clove garlic
– 1/2 small apple, peeled and chopped
– 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1. Make the Rice: In a food processor, add the cauliflower florets, garlic, apple, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles rice. Be careful not to over-process, as you want a rice-like texture.
