🌱 INGREDIENTS
– 1 cup soaked Cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours)
– 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
– 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
– 1 Garlic clove
– 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder. – 1 tablespoon red chilli powder (optional)
– 1 tablespoon dried Basil
– 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk
– Olive oil (for greasing the container)
🌱INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend Ingredients: Drain the soaked cashews and place them in a blender or food processor. Add Himalayan pink salt, lemon juice, garlic clove, garlic powder, dried basil, and the soaked psyllium husk. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
2. Prepare the Container: Lightly grease a container with olive oil to prevent sticking.
3. Set the Cheese: Transfer the cashew mixture to the greased container, smoothing the top with a spatula. Garnish with herbs and spices of your choice. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow it to firm up.
4. Serve: Once set, gently remove the cheese from the container. Slice and serve as desired.
