1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp dry mint
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 date, pitted and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
A few Fresh coriander leaves
🌱 INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend the Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the soaked green peas, walnuts, and ground flax seeds. Process until you get a coarse mixture.
2. Add Spices: Add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, chopped date, and lemon juice. Process again until well mixed.
3. Shape the Kebabs: Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small patties or kebabs.
4. Chill: Place the kebabs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up. (You can also dehydrated it for a few hours if you wish to)
