Mango Fruit Roll-Up

Two ingredients only! Who said the perfect snack doesn’t exist! 🤩


🥭 Ingredients:
– 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
– 1/4 teaspoon black salt

🥭 Instructions:
1. Blend the chopped mangoes in a blender until smooth.
2. Add the black salt and blend again to mix well.
3. Spread the mango puree evenly on a dehydrator tray lined with a silicone sheet.
4. Dehydrate at 45°C (113°F) for 8-10 hours or until the fruit roll-up is no longer sticky to the touch.
5. Once done, remove from the dehydrator and let it cool.
6. Cut into strips and roll them up.

🥭 Serving Size:
– Makes approximately 10-12 strips.
