Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
If the dressing is a bit thick, add in water by the teaspoon.
Scrape down the sides and blend once more
Taste and adjust salt and spice if needed
Serve the dressing over your salad!
The dressing will keep for up to 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
