Pink Party Salad Dressing

This gorgeous sweet, spicy and tart beet salad dressing is a party in your mouth!

Pink Party Salad Dressing

  • Blender
  • Spatula
  • Bowl


  • 1 Tomato Medium
  • 1/4 Beetroot Medium
  • 1/2 cup Cashews soaked for 30 minutes
  • 1 Medjool Date
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • Himalayan Pink Salt to taste


  • Add all the ingredients to the blender
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • If the dressing is a bit thick, add in water by the teaspoon.
  • Scrape down the sides and blend once more
  • Taste and adjust salt and spice if needed
  • Serve the dressing over your salad!
  • The dressing will keep for up to 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
