A simple and delicious raw vegan Brownie with a thick, creamy, decadent chocolate ganache.

Ingredients for the Brownie:

  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 10-12 Medjool Dates, pitted
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder

Process the dry ingredients in the food processor until a fine powder. Add the dates and process until a dough like consistency is formed.

Press the dough into your desired dish and refrigerate until you make the ganache.

Ingredients for the Ganache:

  • 1/4 cup Cashews, soaked
  • 2-3 dates, soaked
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cacao nibs (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp soaking date water

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and spread it evenly on your brownies.

Refrigerate for 2 hours, cut into squares and enjoy!

Keeps well in the fridge for up to a week.
