– ½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
– ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
– Juice of 1 large lemon (about 3-4 tbsp)
– 3-4 tbsp olive oil

1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and roughly chop the apple. Pulse both in the food processor until they reach a fine, couscous-like texture 🌾 (don’t over-process!)
