Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is a perfect breakfast, brunch, snack and even dessert!

This recipe is simple and requires just a few basic ingredients that are quite versatile.

The beauty of chia pudding is, once you have the chia seed-to-liquid ratio right, the flavor combinations are pretty much endless. Chocolate, berry, pistachio, saffron, you name it!


  • 1/4th cup Chia seeds
  • 2-3 Medjool Dates, chopped
  • 1/4th cup nuts/seeds of choice
  • 1/4th tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 3/4th cup Almond Milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fruit of choice (for toppings)

Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

Top with your favourite fruit when ready to serve.

This keeps well in the fridge for 4-5 days.
