Red Bell Pepper Dressing

This rich, creamy, flavourful salad dressing recipe might as well be your new favourite dressing.

It’s perfect for meal prep as it comes together in a matter of minutes.

You can easily double or triple the recipe and store it in the refrigerator for later.


  • 1 large Red Bell pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Cashews, soaked
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4th tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4th tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 Medjool Date, pitted
  • 1/4th cup water

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
