Fresh, frozen and cupboard food. Always stay stocked up.
2. Not planning ahead. 🤐
Look. It is difficult to eat differently when there’s nobody doing it. And when you’ve already made a commitment, you need to plan your meals ahead. Or you’ll just be hungry or end up snacking on things you don’t want to (like unsoaked nuts)
3. Not talking about your why enough. 🤫
Yes, nobody wants to hear about your boring diet. Nobody wants to know about your new raw recipe. Nobody cares about what you had to do to achieve what you have today.
Still, somehow, somewhere, you unknowingly might inspire someone to make some sort of change in their life for the better. ✨
