Almond Flax Wraps with Sprout Stuffing

Almond Flax Wraps with Moong sprout filling. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it?
You may or may not need a dehydrator for this recipe. If you don’t own one, just use nature’s dehydrator, which is the sun! ☀️
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Flax ground
- 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, chilli, garlic, onion powders
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 cup water
Dehydrate 3hrs @ 45°C, flipping half way through.
Alternatively, if you are using the sun to dehydrate your wraps, place it in direct sunlight and allow the wrap to dry out on top before flipping it to dry on the other side. Sun drying might take slightly longer than the dehydrator or may be much quicker, depending on how sunny it is.
For the filling, you will need:
- 1 large Avocado, mashed
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green Moong sprouts
- 1/4th cup coriander, chopped
- 2 tbsp olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8th tsp black pepper
- 1/8th tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- Salt to taste
