Ginger Cookies
These chewy and spicy Ginger Cookies are about to be your new favourite! 😋
With just a few simple ingredients, they come together in no time!
Simply mix all the ingredients together and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Form into small balls, press to form a cookie and create the pattern you want (I used a fork).
Dehydrate overnight at 40°C.
If you have bright sunlight, let it sun dry for 4-5 hours, or longer, depending on the texture you are looking for. Enjoy! 💚

Chewy, Raw Vegan, dehydrated, spicy Ginger cookies

- Blender
- Grinder
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/4th cup Flax seeds ground
- Pinch of salt
- 1 inch piece Ginger paste Fresh ground
- 5 Dates paste
- 2-3 tbsp Water to form a dough
