Zoodles with Marinara Sauce

Zucchini is such a versatile vegetable, it always blows my mind!
For the zucchini noodles, aka zoodles, wash, peel and spiralize 3 -5 large zucchinis.
For the Marinara sauce, simply blend the ingredients in the blender until you achieve the consistency you desire. You may like it slightly chunky or very smooth, that is your personal preference.
Once the sauce is ready, simply pour it all over the zoodles and enjoy!
Ingredients for the Marinara:
- 2 large ripe Tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4th small white Onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 Medjool Date
- 1/2 tsp dry Oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry Basil
- 1/4th tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/4th tsp Black Pepper
