Avocado Pizza Pie

Raw Vegan Avocado Pizza Pie with a tangy cashew cream sauce! 😋

For the pizza base, you will need:

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Flax seeds, ground
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp each Oregano, basil, rosemary & garlic powders

Mix all the ingredients together, spread evenly, shape into a disc and dehydrate for 3 hours at 40° C, flipping half way though.

When ready to serve, add one sliced avocado, a few cherry tomatoes, halved, sprinkle on some black pepper, oregano and drizzle your tangy cashew cream sauce.

For the sauce:

  • 1 tbsp Cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp water, or to adjust consistency (add gradually)

Serve immediately after assembly and enjoy! 💚
